The Council is to adopt a bye-law to ban spitting in public.

This new centre in Romford High Street offers reliable information to residents on adult social care, health and related issues such as housing, culture and benefit advice to enable residents to remain healthy and live independently for as long as possible. It is at 36 High Street, opposite Havering Museum, and is open Monday-Wednesday and Friday 9.30am-4.30pm, Thursday 11am-7pm, Saturday 9.30am-1pm.
