SPITTING IN PUBLIC PLACES
The Council is to adopt a bye-law to ban spitting in public.

It is at 36 High Street, opposite Havering Museum, and is open Monday-Wednesday and Friday 9.30am-4.30pm, Thursday 11am-7pm, Saturday 9.30am-1pm.
