Primary school places
Primary school offers
Parents across the country will be finding out whether their children have been offered a place at a primary school of their choice tomorrow (Thursday 16 April).
Primary school places in the capital are co-ordinated through the Pan-London Admissions scheme. Parents in London will be informed of their primary school place offer either by email, text or through the ParentsComms: Mobile app. Parents are advised to wait until they receive their notification before logging on to the Pan-London eAdmissions website.
London is facing a significant rise in demand for primary school places. London Councils estimates that between 2013/14 and 2017/18 a combined total of 133,000 new primary and secondary school places will be needed - of which,112,158 places are primary places. Our Do the Maths report sets out the latest analysis of London’s primary and secondary school places challenge.
London Councils, on behalf of the Pan-London Admissions Board, will be issuing a press release at 5pm tomorrow with the pan-London figures for primary school admissions.
