Benjamin Close, Romford - deliveries to new school

I have been advised by residents that vans are making illicit deliveries to the new Hylands School via the pedestrian entrance in Benjamin Close.  This is totally unacceptable and I have raised the matter with Town Hall staff as a matter of urgency.
