Sunday Dementia Club

Are you caring for someone with dementia? How would you like some free time on Sundays, reassured that the person you care for is having a great time in a safe, friendly environment?

Tapestry’s Sunday Dementia Day Service, at Paines Brook Court, Paines Brook Way, Harold Hill, RM3 9JN, offers a variety of great fun and stimulating activities, all geared towards promoting independence.

Some of the activities include:

  • Music for health workshops
  • Armchair exercise
  • Arts & crafts
  • Puzzles & crossword challenges
  • Bingo
  • Sing-a-longs

You’ll be met with a warm welcome from our friendly team of experienced, qualified support workers, all closely assisted by skilled volunteers. Everyone is given individual attention and activities are tailored to personal choices.
