Council seeks views on plans for Hornchurch High Street

The Council is giving the public another opportunity to comment on planned improvements to streets and pavements in and around Hornchurch High Street.



This came about because I and Cllr. Frederick Thompson voted for a deferral on this item at the Highways Advisory Panel.  There seems to be a lack of understanding on what this proposal will entail and I am happy that now more people will have an opportunity to look at the plans.
